Exchange Process:

Once an exchange is initiated, the original item will be picked up from your location and returned to our warehouse. A new order will then be created for the replacement item, which will be delivered to your location within the specified time frame.

Can I exchange a product for a different piece instead of a different size?

As per our exchange policy, we only facilitate exchanges for different sizes of the same product, subject to availability. We do not allow exchanges for a different product.

Which items are eligible for exchange?

Exchanges are applicable for apparel, footwear, and accessories only. We will replace the product with a different size, subject to availability. Please note that items such as innerwear, socks, and masks are not eligible for exchange or return. All items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with tags intact.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can initiate a return through the "My Orders" section. Exchanges cannot be processed for damaged items.

Yes, an exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that innerwear, socks, and masks are not eligible for exchange or return.

Are discounts or offers applicable to exchanged items?

Since exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, the original discount will be applied to the replacement item. No additional discounts, coupons, or promotions can be applied to exchanged items.
