Returns and Exchange

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items (considering they meet our guidelines and adhere to our terms and conditions ) :

Please ensure that all items returned are new, unused, and returned in their original packaging and the label tags intact.
Kindly ensure that you are not in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or any other chemicals while trying the garments. Please ensure that the shoes are kept on a soft clean surface to prevent any spots or scratches.
While returning items like hosiery and swimwear, please ensure that the hygiene seals are attached; otherwise, they would not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged boxes considering them as a part of the item.
The items while returning should be free of any pet hair or nail scratch, hence requested to keep them away from animals and pets.
Products sold on sale or on promotional campaigns are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

We do not refund for the return or exchange of any product. Instead, store credit will be provided in exchange for the product returned, which will be valid for a period of 6 months and the same is non-transferable to any other account.

The return and exchange requests cannot be entertained if the items are found to be worn, used, soiled or damaged. Apart from that, the return of items will be refused as ‘faulty’ if they are not treated as per the garment care label while washing, ironing or dry-cleaning.

Each return/ exchange product will be carefully scrutinized by us. In case, it is found that they do not meet our guidelines, the item will be shipped back to you. In case your return has been accepted, a credit note will be issued and emailed to you, which will be valid for 6 months in your Little Tags Luxury Outlet Wallet.

How can my return/ exchange parcel be collected from my home?

Kindly note that any charges incurred while exchanging or returning the products will be borne by you. However, in case you prefer more convenient courier service, kindly inform us at [email protected] or 8447722222 so that we could arrange for your item to be collected from your home, and returned to us. In case you opt for our courier service, a nominal fee of Rs. 500 (for parcels up to 5 kilos) will be deducted from your store credit.

What is your return address?

All items are to be returned to Little Tags Luxury Outlet, Returns Department, Sparsh India Couture, Plot No - 84, Second Floor, F.I.E., Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi, East Delhi - 110092., India.

What is the procedure for the exchange of products?

In case you would like to exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size of the same item, kindly return the item to the above address adhering to the guidelines mentioned above. While your returned product is received by us, we shall reserve the exchanged product (based on the availability of size). Once your return has been processed by us, we will send the exchanged product with no extra delivery charges to you.

Please note:

Request for exchange will be only entertained ONCE for every order.

Request for exchange will be only entertained if the items being sent are damaged, ripped, or significantly different from the original goods.

Timeline for the return to be processed?

Once we are satisfied that the returned products meet our return policy, we assure to process all returns within 3 business days of receiving your parcel.

If the item I bought is now on sale, can you refund me the difference?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item has been reduced after the order has been placed.
